There was plenty of movement with teams moving up or down in first. Teams were sending futures and financial considerations for second round picks.

# 14- The Boston Celtics received the Sacramento Kings 2019 1st round pick (If not No. 1, then the pick belongs to the Boston Celtics. If No. 1, then Boston gets Philadelphia's 1st round pick). 2017 first overall pick (Markelle Fultz) was traded to Philadelphia for the 2017 third overall pick (Jayson Tatum) and the more favorable of the 76ers or Kings 2019 first round pick, unless it's the No. 1 pick, then it's the less favorable of the 76ers or Kings pick.
