The Washington Wizards won the NBA draft lottery and will select No. 1. The Utah Jazz moved up two slots, the Memphis Grizzlies three slots and the Chicago Bulls jumped five. The Indiana Pacers were the big losers, dropping three slots to No. 5, which therefore took away the top four draft protection, and the LA Clippers will now get the pick.
AJ Dybantsa of BYU has become the consensus No. 1, followed by Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, and Caleb Wilson.
Round one of the NBA draft will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at 8:00 ET, with the second round going on Wednesday, June 24th.
Scouts and executives are excited about both the elite prospects at the top and the class's overall depth, with impact players projected deep into the first round.
