2009 Draft Profile - Blake Griffin
Possesses a great combination of size, strength, and rare athleticism. Runs the floor very well, has great leaping ability, and has shown good ball handling skills at times. Can finish around the rim as well as anyone in the country, but needs vast improvement on his face-up game. Free throw shooting is very inconsistent; however, with the right coaching and time he will improve in the next level. Plays with great passion and a fearless mentality. Definite lottery pick, and has ability to play the small and power forward positions based on the match-up.Draft Profile provided by: John Goldgar

2008 Draft Profile - Blake Griffin
A bull on the block, who will score and rebound on the next level. He's not a tremendous athlete and could stand another year for optimal development, but on the right team that plays a slower tempo along side a legit center he will be effective. The lack of effect on the Louisville game in the tournament was a little troubling, because he should have clearly been the best player on the floor. 8 points and 7 rebounds in a 30 point blowout loss is not exactly leaving on a high note. He still will be a lottery pick, this year or next but he will have to work extremely hard to maximize his tools.Draft Profile provided by: Brian Mazique
