2009 Draft Profile - Jon Brockman

Great rebounder in PAC 10 setting many UW records and on all time pac 10 lists. Has strong, wide body, quick off his feet, and great hustle. Pretty good college scorer with good FG%, without demanding the ball a lot, shared the post with Spencer Hawes as a soph. He is good with his left hand and has improved as a jump shooter, and likes to use the glass. He is short for a post in the NBA, and average at best athleticism, and needs to improve free throw shooting. His unselfishness, hustle and work ethic with high character make him a good off the bench power forward and reboundin specialist. Likely will be looked at in 2nd round.
