Ht/Wt: 6'5" / 207 lbs
Position: PG/SG
Team: Kentucky
Class: Sophomore

2015 Draft Profile - Andrew Harrison

Strengths
Harrison has exceptional positional size at 6-foot-6 being a big, physical combo guard that plays efficiently on both ends of the floor. Offensively, Harrison can score from just about anywhere. He uses his large frame and strength to attack the basket with his strong ball-handling skills and ability to absorb contact.

This being said, Harrison draws many fouls on his drives allowing him to get to the free throw line. He isn't the greatest shooter, but can knock down shots in late-game situations.

Defensively, Harrison can defend the best of them. He has quick feet and uses his size and wingspan to defend well on the ball. Although he didn't have the statistical numbers he hoped at Kentucky coming in as the no. 5 player in the nation, Harrison does have a competitive edge that NBA organizations and fans will love.

Weaknesses
Harrison lacks elite quickness that is seen so often now in NBA point guards. It is a question as to whether he will be able to get around today's NBA guards, or keep them in front of him.

He has also had a tendency to be very ball dominant on offense. For someone who isn't the typical playmaking guard, Harrison struggles to get into the middle of the floor and get teammates involved. He has also been very inconsistent during his time in Kentucky, showing up in a big way one game before disappearing the next.

Much like his brother, there have been questions about his attitude and how he carries himself at times on the court.
