2015 Draft Profile - Anthony Brown

Strength
Brown has a solid combination of size, length, three-point shooting and experience that make him a potential second round draft pick. Unlike most players in college basketball nowadays, Brown is a fifth year senior who has seen his overall game become well-rounded before entering the NBA draft.

He's got great size for a wing and sports an impressive 6'10 wingspan. Offensively, he can shoot the lights out with great shooting range due to a quick release and fluid mechanics. Defensively, Brown may be even better.

A terrific perimeter defender with the ability to guard more than one position, Brown's length, size and speed allow him to match up against the opposing team's best player. Brown's also a very good rebounder for playing a wing position, putting up close to seven rebounds a game his last season at Stanford.

Weaknesses
Although he possesses good size at shooting guard, Brown still needs to get stronger to matchup with NBA-level wings. His height and length will help him, but he needs to add some strength to avoid getting pushed around. Offensively, Brown also has to stop being one-dimensional. He isn't the fastest two-guard but does have the ability to attack the paint more, but usually settles for more jump shots.

This may have to do with Brown's lack of strength, as previously mentioned. Building up strength can help him defend bigger players while also helping him offensively to attack the rim more efficiently.
