Brice Sensabaugh
Ht/Wt: 6' 6" / 235 lbs
Position: SF
Team: Ohio State
Class: Freshman

2023 Draft Profile - Brice Sensabaugh

Jonathan Wasserman - Bleacher Report - June 21st: "A late-season knee injury has affected Brice Sensabaugh’s availability and likelihood of rising during the pre-draft process. He’ll still draw first-round interest based on his scoring efficiency, shooting versatility and NBA-ready, 235-pound frame."

Kyle Irving - Sporting News - June 21st: "Sensabaugh appears to be a likely candidate to fall on draft night just because some of the prospects around him have seemingly increased their stock. The Ohio State freshman is a knockdown perimeter shooter and crafty midrange scorer."

Gary Parrish - CBS Sports - June 20th: "Sensabaugh, like Hendricks, was a sub-80 prospect in the Class of 2022 who was surprisingly great in his one year at Ohio State. If he improves as a perimeter defender, the wing with a reliable 3-point shot could get on the floor early ..."

NBA Draft Room - May 16th: "A burly and powerful combo forward with an advanced offensive game. A big time shot-maker but slow-footed on defense."

John Fanta - Fox Sports - May 12: "His offensive game was tremendous in one season in Columbus, but the defensive concerns are real. If Miami is looking for a shot maker on the wing, though, the 19-year-old checks every box and may only be scratching the surface."

Tyler Byrum and Chase Hughes - NBC Sports - May 8th: "There is not a place on the court where Brice Sensabaugh is afraid to take a shot. Most of his work is done in the midrange, but his shooting prowess extends to beyond the arc where he has knocked them down at a 41% clip with 4.5 attempts per game."

Bryan Kalbrosky - For the Win - May 5th: "Ohio State’s Brice Sensabaugh is a genuinely efficient three-level scorer who was one of the most prolific shot creators on 2-pointers in all of college basketball. He made 50 shots at the basket, 50 shots from mid-range, and 50 shots beyond the arc."

Jonathan Wasserman - Bleacher Report - Jan. 5th: "Even if limited athleticism and a 235-pound frame make it tough for scouts to picture a star NBA scoring wing, Sensabaugh has been too efficient (52.4 percent FG) and effective getting to his spots, separating in the mid-range and shooting threes in volume (46.6 percent, 4.5 attempts per game)."
