Kevin O'Connor - The Ringer - June 17th: "He’s an eager shot blocker with excellent timing, and he has good mobility and makes quick second leaps. Good hands catching tough passes around the rim with the coordination to pivot toward the basket and finish from difficult angles."

NBA Draft Room - June 16th: "Ware had a big sophomore season, his first at Indiana, improving in all aspects of the game and showing a better competitive fire. His upside could be too much to pass on at this point in the draft."

Lob threats/rim protectors like Dereck Lively II and Daniel Gafford have shown that players with Ware's profile (and 7-foot-5 wingspan) can immediately contribute to winning. That's his floor, but then you add in the fact that Ware shot 43% from 3-point range last season?"

Zach Buckley - Bleacher Report - June 4th: "The 7-footer does everything around the basket that teams want from a traditional big, but there are also hints he'll be a serviceable-at-worst stretch center. To be clear, though, his shooting outlook is not at all a certainty. While he converted 42.5 percent from distance this season, he also shot just 63.4 percent from the foul line."

He was also down 12 pounds from Indiana's listing. For Ware to maximize his draft stock, he's going to have to convince teams to buy into his three-point range."
