2026 Draft Profile - Cameron Carr

My NBA Draft: Cameron Carr is a long, athletic wing with strong defensive potential. He uses his length and quickness to disrupt passing lanes and guard multiple positions. Offensively, Carr is developing as a shooter and scorer, showing flashes of shot creation ability. His transition play and finishing are strengths. As his offensive consistency improves, Carr could become a valuable two-way wing in modern NBA systems.

Jeremy Woo - ESPN - March 11th: "While still an inconsistent offensive creator, he's an explosive leaper with deep 3-point range and plus length (7-foot-1 wingspan) who could succeed in a scaled-down NBA role. He needs to become a better defender to broaden his impact beyond scoring, but he's the type of athletic wing shooter NBA teams like to roll the dice on and develop."

Jonathan Wasserman - Bleacher Report - March 10th: "Consistency and a high release have helped Cameron Carr's shotmaking look very persuasive. With 37 dunks and 31 blocks at 6'5", the combination of shooting skills and athleticism should help Carr appear very safe and easy to project."

NBA Draft Room - March 6th: "A long, lanky guard with a picture-perfect jumper and great above the rim ability. Needs to add strength and develop his frame but is finally having his breakout season. One of the best pure shooters in the draft class."

Sam Vecenie - The Athletic - March 2nd: "Carr is a terrific shooter with great straight-line slashing instincts, using his long strides and length to cover ground quickly before getting to the rim, and he also has a nice pull-up game from the midrange if his drive gets cut off."
