Chris Cenac
Ht/Wt: 6'11" / 240 lbs
Position: PF/C
Team: Houston
Class: Freshman

2026 Draft Profile - Chris Cenac Jr.

Jeremy Woo - ESPN - March 11th: "His mobility, length and flashes of shooting touch (36.5% on all jump shots, per Synergy) give him an appealing developmental base, and he's shown overall improvement this season playing primarily at the 4. There are also some glaring holes in his profile: He has averaged less than a block per game and doesn't get to the foul line (59% on only 39 attempts)."

Jonathan Wasserman - Bleacher Report - March 10th: "His production is going to fluctuate throughout the season based on Houston's depth and the freshman's role. But his tools and skill set will continue to stand out, with Cenac showing clear three-point range, rebounding instincts and athleticism for finishing at the rim."

NBA Draft Room - March 6th: "A long and agile post player with a nice skill level and really good open court athleticism. Can face-up and take his man off the bounce or drain jumpers. Has great timing as a shot-blocker and can defend in space as well."

Sam Vecenie - The Athletic - March 2nd: "Some view him as a potential lottery pick, while others think he desperately needs another year at Houston. One of the most highly touted prospects in the 2025 recruiting class, Cenac is an incredibly flexible athlete who moves well on the perimeter and has a burgeoning offensive game to match."
