NBA Draft Room - August 8th: "Evans has great shooting touch and shot that is near impossible to block thanks to his length and size. He’s skinny and needs to continue to bulk up and he could take some time before being NBA ready but his arrow is pointing up."

Sam Vecenie - The Athletic - June 29th: "The former five-star prospect still needs to develop as a ballhandler and defender. More than anything, he needs to get stronger and more physical. He might still be one more year away in that respect."
