2026 Draft Profile - Isaiah Evans
My NBA Draft: Evans is a smooth, high-level scoring wing with one of the purest jumpers in his class. At 6’6” with length, he thrives as a perimeter shot-maker, capable of hitting contested threes off movement or creating space with advanced footwork. His offensive polish stands out—he can operate in isolation, attack closeouts, and shows flashes of midrange shot creation. Evans’ feel for spacing and timing makes him a natural fit in modern offenses. Defensively, he has tools but must improve consistency and physical engagement. Adding strength and expanding his playmaking will determine his ceiling, but his scoring versatility gives him clear NBA upside.Jeremy Woo - ESPN - March 11th: "Evans continues to display an NBA-friendly skill set as a gifted movement shooter with good positional size (6-6) on the wing. He's been an important secondary scorer, providing spacing off Cameron Boozer, and will have more opportunities to show his shot-making chops on a huge stage in March. There's room for him to rise in a first round that's shaping up as somewhat light on wings."
Jonathan Wasserman - Bleacher Report - March 10th: "There have been signs of Isaiah Evans' improved burst for slashing to the rim. Regardless, he'll be eyed by teams for his off-ball shooting, which has looked similar to last year, only with double the minutes and shots."
NBA Draft Room - March 6th: "Evans has great shooting touch and shot that is near impossible to block thanks to his length and size. He's skinny and needs to continue to bulk up and he could take some time before being NBA ready."
