2026 Draft Profile - Meleek Thomas

My NBA Draft: Thomas is an explosive, high-motor guard who combines athleticism with scoring ability. He excels in transition and uses his burst to attack the rim effectively. His perimeter shooting has improved, making him a more complete offensive threat. Thomas plays with intensity on both ends, showing promise as a defender with active hands and quick feet. His decision-making can still develop, particularly in half-court settings. If he continues refining his jumper and playmaking, Thomas has the tools to become a versatile two-way guard with significant upside.

The interest in Thomas would be greater if he was able to show more playmaking, but Darius Acuff Jr. is the clear quarterback for Arkansas, and NBA teams still desire guards that can self-create and score from off the ball."
