Jeremy Woo - ESPN - March 11th: "Scouts are divided on Ngongba: He has intrinsic strengths that make him well-suited as a modern center, as a plus passer and interior defender. But he's also a below-average run-jump athlete who needs to get more out of his frame (6-11)."

The pitch to Ngongba won't revolve around production or stats. Aside from his appealing physical tools and touch around the basket, the tape shows outstanding instincts and processing."

NBA Draft Room - March 6th: "A workhorse in the lane who isn't flashy but knows his role and has a big impact on the game. Defends at the rim, plays fundamentally sound ball and has some nice passing feel on the offensive end."

He has finished well around the basket when given the chance, even though he's not that explosive vertically, due to good touch. Defensively, Ngongba takes up a ton of space on the interior and is very solid positionally."
