2026 Draft Profile - Abdou Toure

Abdou Toure is an explosive two-way wing with an impressive combination of strength, speed, vertical athleticism and defensive versatility. At roughly 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds with a 6-foot-9½ wingspan, he is extremely dangerous attacking downhill, where his first step, power and body control allow him to finish through or above defenders. Toure also excels in transition, rebounds well for a wing and plays with a relentless defensive motor, using his length, quick feet and athleticism to potentially guard several positions. His biggest weaknesses are his developing ball handling and inconsistent perimeter shooting, as he currently relies more on straight-line drives than advanced creation moves and needs to become a more reliable pull-up and three-point threat. Overall, Toure is one of the more intriguing upside prospects in the 2027 NBA Draft class because his elite athleticism, defensive potential and aggressive rim pressure give him a strong NBA foundation. If his handle and jumper develop at Arkansas, he has the tools to emerge as a lottery-level two-way wing.
