His offensive game is still developing, particularly his decision-making, playmaking and consistency as a perimeter shooter, and he will need to prove that he can run an offense rather than simply function as an athletic scoring guard. Overall, McCoy possesses lottery-level physical tools and significant two-way upside, with his development as a shooter and primary creator likely determining his eventual draft range.
