2026 Draft Profile - Dylan Mingo

My NBA Draft: Dylan Mingo is a big, creative guard with impressive shiftiness, ball-handling ability and scoring instincts. At around 6-foot-5, he changes direction and pace extremely well, creating driving lanes and separation that allow him to score from different levels while also possessing the size to see passing opportunities over smaller defenders. His biggest questions involve strength, defensive consistency, perimeter shooting and durability after injuries limited his recent opportunities to develop and showcase his game. Overall, Mingo is one of the more intriguing upside guards in the 2027 class, with the tools to become a first-round selection if he stays healthy and proves his scoring and playmaking translate against high-level college competition.
