2026 Draft Profile - Jordan Smith Jr.

My NBA Draft: Jordan Smith Jr. is an explosive, physical combo guard whose competitiveness, defensive intensity and ability to attack the basket immediately stand out. Despite being around 6-foot-2, Smith has a strong frame and excellent length, allowing him to pressure ball-handlers, generate steals and defend bigger opponents while also playing much larger than his height as a rebounder. Offensively, he is at his best attacking downhill and in transition. His biggest concern is shooting, while his handle and playmaking need further development if NBA teams are going to trust him as a primary point guard. Overall, Smith is one of the safest high-level prospects in the class because of his defense, athleticism and motor, with top-five upside if his perimeter offense improves.
