My NBA Draft: Sayon Keita is a long, athletic 7-footer whose biggest strengths are rim protection, rebounding, mobility and vertical finishing. He runs the floor extremely well, provides a large lob target and uses his length and timing to alter shots around the basket, giving him immediate value as a defensive anchor. Keita remains physically underdeveloped and can be pushed off his spots by stronger opponents, while his perimeter defense, offensive skill level and shooting remain works in progress. Overall, he is a developmental center with considerable defensive upside who could become a first-round pick if his strength and offensive game progress quickly at North Carolina.
