My NBA Draft: Thomas Haugh is a versatile, high-motor forward who contributes through intelligence, toughness, cutting, rebounding, transition play and defensive effort. At 6-foot-9, he has enough size and mobility to defend multiple positions and does an excellent job creating value without requiring heavy usage, whether screening, making the extra pass or attacking an open lane. His biggest weakness is that he lacks a single elite offensive skill, while his three-point shooting and self-creation remain areas for improvement. His age will also limit some of his perceived upside. Overall, Haugh is one of the safest prospects in the class and projects as a dependable two-way NBA rotation forward whose versatility could allow him to contribute relatively quickly.
